It’s a recent wooden building of Creole architecture on 2 levels in the middle of a tropical garden. Consisting of 4 1 or 2-bedroom apartments, each is about 50m2. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and can accommodate up to 4-6 people.

The accommodations are carefully disinfected after each departure, with virucidal household products that comply with the EN14476 standard.

30% deposit on booking, collected in the following week to confirm your reservation. You must send us your payment within 5 days by bank transfer or card or within 10 days by check.
Payment of the balance upon arrival after the incoming inventory.

Return of your deposit at the outgoing inventory or by mail if the inventory could not be made before your departure.

The following services are included during your stay: linens provided (sheets and towels), WIFI with fiber connection, washing machine, barbecue, private parking space, air-conditioned rooms and living rooms.
Garden equipped with ajoupas fitted out with garden furniture reserved for the Cythere plum and Granada apartments as a priority (depending on availability), with barbecue and possibility of an outdoor shower.
An apartment specially equipped for people with reduced mobility.
Accessories available: baby cot.
The residence is equipped with renewable energies: solar lighting and water heaters, rainwater harvesting which allows water and electricity autonomy in the event that the supply of one or the other is interrupted.
